Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Rosenheim Luxury Properties located in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing our team of brokers, developing sales strategies, actively participating in lead generation and deal closing, building relationships with clients, maintaining a deep knowledge of market trends, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Real Estate Sales Manager Experience
Secondary market experience
Off-Plan experience a plus
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and close deals
Experience with propspace and salesforce CRM systems
Highly motivating and influential personality
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly
Fluent in english
