Responsibilities:
Accountable to the Managing Director for accurate sales forecasting, achieving sales targets and managing expenditure and profitability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Conceptualizing and communicating on how the company products and services affect opportunities and sales exposure within the organization.
Performing customer needs assessments and solution finding sessions.
Responsible to Sales Consultants for providing leadership and mentoring that results in the achievement of sales targets and an environment of enterprise and initiative.
Ability to lead and manage a team of sales people to successfully achieve sales targets.
Ability and experience developing sales budgets and targets, monitoring their achievement and developing written reports for executive management.
Proven knowledge of customer relationship management including assessing customer needs, meeting customer expectations and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Excellent work organization skills with an ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively to a team.
Improving product specification layout and detail according to the distinguishing features of a company products.
Providing specifications and quotes to prospective clients.
Proven ability to set, monitor and manage deadlines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Working with minimum supervision.
Requirements
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
