CzarWorkspace is seeking a Sales Lead to help lead its sales efforts in Dubai, UAE and will be part of our Sales department. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. He/she will be tasked with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company leads in their market. The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, touring, and closing sales in all CzarWorkspace locations across their market in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc. ).
25% Existing sales pipeline management.
25% Inbound lead management.
Activating and growing accounts assigned in the Book of Business.
Cultivating small and midsize business relationships.
Partner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow-up of new members.
Utilize innovative and creative sales tactics.
Touring and demonstrating CzarWorkspace locations and business solutions with potential members.
Requirements:
2-3 years of sales experience.
Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships.
Ability to penetrate new markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proven experience in sales
Experience in sales management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP is a plus.
Commercial real estate sales experience is a plus.
B2B business solutions experience is a plus.
Business development experience is a plus.
College/University graduate with a 3-4 year degree preferred.
Fluency in multiple languages.
Knowledge of the Dubai business landscape.
