Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our marketplace to clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their procurement requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any client concerns promptly.
Sales Performance:
Meet or exceed sales targets and company GMV on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide clients with insights and recommendations on market trends and new product offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and account statuses using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and company GMV.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability and ability to handle rejection.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with the industry and market trends relevant to the company’s products/services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the F&B industry (HORECA).
Additional certifications or training in sales techniques and strategies.
Knowledge of CRM or any similar systems.
