A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team on their daily requests, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Responsibilities:
•Prepares and then follows up on any quotations made up on Salesman, clients and General Manager request.
•Prepares and then follows up on any Proforma Invoice (Application Job) & (Paints Materials) made up on Salesman, clients and General Manager request
•Prepares a daily Sales Order(s) between 30 and 40 Sales Orders and obtain the General Manager approval.
•Follows up and checks from the production status of materials as per LPO.
•Responsible to issue Purchase Orders confirmation to production (from RPA01 to RPM).
•Responsible to Issue and follow up Sample Request (Paints Manufacturing – Laboratory).
•Prepares material stocks request from different Stores for purchase order.
•Handle the Sticker request from Store to production.
•Assists and Caters Salesman request example (TDS, MSDS, Certificates, etc.) – as Tele Sales.
•Prepares Technical Submittal: as per Salesman request duly approved by Head of Product Innovation.
•TAX Invoices: counter checking if all the details are correct as per Client LPO and signed) –for A/C’s
•Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or other related courses.
Experience:
1 – 3 years’ experience in Sales & customer service.
