Job Summary
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. They will develop and implement recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including but not limited to job postings, sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking events, to promote the company and attract candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.
• Should have worked on roles specifically for Emirati nationals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 -12 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
