Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at FEBC in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and performing clerical duties. The Receptionist will also provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in Receptionist duties and performing clerical tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Previous experience in the hospitality or related industry is a plus
