Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist/Secretary to join our dynamic team at Metric Technologies LLC, a leading provider of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) and Home Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in the ELV and Home Automation industry are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and routing calls as necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Client and Partner Interaction: Assist clients and partners with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Provide accurate information about the company’s ELV and Home Automation products and services.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and demonstrations with clients and partners.
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and inquiries are addressed.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives and team members.
Assist in maintaining and updating company databases, records, and filing systems.
Coordination and Logistics: Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and seamless workflows.
Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, and presentations related to the ELV and Home Automation industry.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Secretary, preferably in the ELV and Home Automation industry.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion, especially when dealing with confidential information.
Familiarity with ELV and Home Automation terminology, products, and services.

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
