Our client owns and operates shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa, with operations in 13 countries, including the GCC.
They are looking for a Receptionist / CRM Executive for an 11-month contract. You will be primarily responsible for providing customer service, assisting clients and guests, and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
Improve customer service experience.
Increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
Assist in the process of handover for villas, apartments, and plots
Contact clients and inform about the handover of their units
Handle resale cases which includes collecting documents from client, uploading the documents on system, and arrange with the concerned team to issue NOC.
Handle walk-in customers and incoming enquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Prior experience working in Real Estate
Proficiency in MS-Excel and Salesforce is preferred.
Language proficiency in English and Arabic is must.
Excellent communication and customer services skill.
Flexible working attitude.
