Duties & Responsibilities:
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth;
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience;
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline;
“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers;
Networking and finding new clients.
Requirements:
Proven direct sales experience in Real Estate Industry.
At least 6 months’ experience in the Secondary Dubai Real Estate market.
Has consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skill. Bilingual / Trilingual communication is advantageous (Persian, Chinese, European languages etc.)
Excellent knowledge of the UAE market
UAE driving license
Job location will be in Dubai
