TVG Realtors looking to hire self-motivated, result-oriented and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a self-motivated Real Estate agent who enjoys helping people find the house of their dream, building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing their time well.
This is a commission based package with an uncapped earning potential and a high commission structure of up to 60% based on performance. Commissions are paid almost immediately on us receiving the commissions from the developer / client ( 20 to 30 days)
Real Estate Consultant provides expert counsel and advise to clients who are buying, selling, or renting real estate properties. Conduct property appraisals, studying market standards by providing market analysis and mediating discussions between buyers and property sellers.
Consultation with the client: Meet with clients to learn about their real estate requirements, preferences, and financial objectives. Based on market conditions and property availability, evaluate their needs and make the necessary recommendations.
Conduct a detailed check of the local real estate market, including trends, property values, and comparable sales information.
Property Assessment: Evaluate properties that are up for sale or rent, taking into account elements including location, size, condition, amenities, and market demand. Calculate the best price options to enhance clients’ value.
Customer Happiness & Experience – whenever you are buying, selling, or renting. To guarantee client happiness, swiftly address any issues or complaints.
Buyer/Tenant Representation: Work with customers to locate appropriate properties in accordance with their needs and preferences. Set up property viewings, respond to questions, and give thorough details on homes. Help buyers, tenants, and sellers and landlords negotiate to get to amicable settlements.
Contracts -Assisting/Create and examine lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal papers, as well as real estate contracts. Ensure correctness and adherence to all applicable rules and legislation. Clients should be informed of terms and conditions, and signing should be made easier.
Qualifications:
UAE driving license.
Minimum 1-2 years of proven Real Estate experience
Extensive knowledge of the Dubai Property Market
Superb communication skills and negotiation skills
Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to property management in Dubai.
Financial management and reporting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
