Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients regarding property features, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and online platforms, and convert them into successful transactions.
Build and maintain a strong client database by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and landlords.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to offer accurate and insightful advice to clients.
Prepare and present compelling property listings, including high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and relevant information, to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both parties involved.
Coordinate with property owners, tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE market.
Must have a valid UAE visa and own car.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Proven track record of successful property sales or leasing transactions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures in the UAE.
Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and on-site client meetings.
Willingness to work on a commission-based structure, with unlimited earning potential.
