Ideal Candidates profile:
Significant prior work experience in Dubai’s office real estate industry for at least a minimum of 6 months to a year.
Language proficiency: Speaks professional English, Arabic- preferred Multi-Lingual is an advantage.)

Proficient in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Can work in a competitive environment.

Prominent visibility throughout all property portals.
Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker, Real Estate License (RERA).
Professionally groomed and presentable.

Responsibilities:
Respond to leads and actively seek out new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with current real estate trends, property values, and competitive listings in the area.
Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring smooth closing processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, properties, and sales transactions.
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
