We are currently seeking for a dynamic professional, Rajasthani Chef who will be able to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities. Preparation of Rajasthani Curries.
Supervise the Rajasthani Specialty Outlet kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the Hotel’s SOP’s and standardized menu guidelines.
Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
Receiving feedbacks and making improvements where necessary.
Give prepared plates the “final touch”.
Perform administrative duties.
Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven working experience as a Rajasthani Chef.
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
Effective communication and organization skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dedicated to food quality and control.
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate.
