About the Role:
Pangea Properties is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Property Consultant (Secondary Market) to join our dynamic Real Estate Team. You will assist clients in buying or selling their existing properties such as resale homes, apartments, or commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential buyers or sellers of secondary properties.
Assist clients in understanding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with property developers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to gather relevant market information.
Prepare and present detailed property reports, including market analysis and property valuations.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the buying or selling process.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and secondary property sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and real estate databases.
