Job Summary:
You will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on prospecting potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them through the real estate process with professionalism and expertise. You will leverage your extensive market knowledge and negotiation skills to close deals successfully, while providing exceptional customer service and building a strong network of referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide tailored real estate solutions.
2)Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online marketing, and networking events.
3)Property Listings: Create compelling property listings with accurate information, appealing visuals, and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers and renter.
4)Property Showings: Conduct property viewings (secondary / off plan), showcasing the best features of each property and addressing client inquiries.
5)Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and prices to achieve the best outcome for clients while ensuring a win-win situation.
6)Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
7)Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring a smooth closing.
8)Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing client needs and concerns.
9)Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential clients.
10) Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow agents, brokers, and support staff to foster a cohesive and cooperative work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in dubai real estate, with a proven track record of successful sales.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using real estate databases and online marketing tools.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
