Key Responsibilities
Childcare Duties:
Provide attentive and loving care to the children.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
Assist with daily routines like dressing, bathing, and bedtime.
Educational Support:
Plan and implement appropriate educational activities and lessons.
Help with homework and school assignments.
Foster a love of learning through engaging teaching methods.
Track and report the children’s academic progress and milestones to the parents.
Playmate Activities:
Organize and participate in creative and stimulating play activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Encourage physical activity and healthy play habits.
Arrange playdates and social activities to promote social skills and friendships.
Introduce and engage the children in hobbies and interests that match their personalities.
Developmental Support:
Monitor and support the children’s emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Teach and reinforce good manners, etiquette, and positive behavior.
Provide a balanced schedule of educational, recreational, and rest periods.
Communication:
Maintain open and regular communication with the parents about the children’s activities, progress, and any concerns.
Collaborate with other household staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient household environment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably with VIP families.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Personal Attributes: Patient, creative, energetic, responsible, and trustworthy.
