Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of properties, creating/tracking management system, viewing properties, managing properties, marketing and booking of clients.
Responsibilities
1.Personal secretarial support to Director
2.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
3.Oversee the performance of business and personal operations and look after Director
4.Email / Bills / phone / banking / websites/ content etc
5.Viewing properties, reviewing contracts, photos, websites posts
6.Handling check-in/out of clients and managing cleaning team.
7.Process customer bookings through email or WhatsApp.
8.Customer Service (a must).
9.Respond to customer enquiries.
10.Short-Term rental Channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia… etc)
