Responsibilities:
Create and prepare high-quality pastries and desserts
Develop new recipe ideas and innovative pastry items
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
Oversee the pastry team and maintain a clean kitchen environment
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
Culinary diploma or degree in Pastry/Baking Arts
Creative and passionate about pastry-making
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of different techniques and ingredients
