Nursery Teacher Required in Dubai
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Nursery Teacher English Speaker to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be creative, patient, and confident in delivering engaging early years lessons based on the EYFS framework.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework, supporting children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment where children feel secure, valued, and motivated to learn.
• Ensure children’s health, safety, and wellbeing at all times, in accordance with nursery policies and UAE regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the classroom, including learning areas, materials, and children’s personal spaces.
• Support children with daily routines such as toileting, handwashing, meals, rest time, and smooth transitions throughout the day.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning progress and developmental milestones as per EYFS requirements.
• Promote positive behavior, independence, and good manners through consistent guidance and positive role modeling.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents regarding children’s progress, needs, and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with assistant teachers and nursery staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate actively in nursery events, activities, staff meetings, and training sessions.
• Adhere to all nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional conduct standards at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CACHE 3 level certification is a Must.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Prior experience teaching young children (nursery/foundation stage).
Familiarity with the British EYFS curriculum.
Passionate, nurturing, and child-centered approach.
Must be based in Ajman or living near by.
