Our premises are spacious and designed to suit all nursery-aged children from 45 Days to 5 years where we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework which offers children the ability to learn in both our indoor and outdoor spaces.
Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Nursery Teacher to join our team. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early development and education of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for children aged 3-5.
Develop and implement a comprehensive and age-appropriate curriculum in accordance with the EYFS framework.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe and assess children’s progress and use this information to plan and adapt teaching strategies.
Organize and participate in educational activities, including play, storytelling, and creative projects.
Collaborate with parents to support children’s individual needs and development.
Maintain accurate records and reports on each child’s progress.
Ensure a high standard of health and safety in the classroom and nursery environment.
Qualifications:
CACHE Level 3 or equivalent EYFS qualification.
Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its principles.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
