We are looking to hire Early Childhood/Nursery Teachers for our client based in South West London, a chain of nurseries established since 1995 with the vision to create a positive, vibrant, and innovative learning environment where all children are nurtured to blossom to their full potential.
They provide childcare for children aged between 3 months and 5 years old with four nurseries in South West London. All of their nurseries provide outstanding facilities, with a dedicated staff team and a range of childcare options available including spaces for children who are eligible for government funding.
What are we looking for?
Enthusiastic, energetic, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about children’s development and reflect this passion in the way they work on a daily basis.
You will be working alongside dedicated and knowledgeable nursery practitioners to collectively ensure a smooth running of the room and setting whilst providing an excellent learning experience to inspire and encourage children’s development.
This will include, but is not limited to:
Effectively delivering the Early Years Framework ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met.
Maintaining record of your key children’s development and learning journeys.
Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
Supporting children with their personal hygiene and toileting needs; and
To be inclusive and adapt learning to children’s needs.
Qualification required
Level 3 or higher in Early Years Childcare, acceptable qualifications are as following:
Cache Level 3 – Diploma in Early Years Education or Early Years Workforce
Cache Level 3 – Diploma in Childcare and Education
Level of English
IELTS Life Skills – B1 Speaking and Listening or
IELTS for UKVI (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing – 4.0)
Competitive Salary
We are seeking candidates who are looking to work 5 days with an annual gross salary ranging between
£26,000 – £28,500 p.a.
Salary is reviewed annually in April each year or on promotion to a more senior role i.e. room leader or management roles.
