ighly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals providing home care services. The ideal candidate will have a valid DOH License/Eligibility and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Requirements:
Valid DOH License/Eligibility
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
