We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our team in UAE.
Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Reconciling client & supplier statements.
Generating & preparing hire & sales invoices
Sending SOA to clients
Following up payments on key accounts
Communicating with suppliers on the status of their accounts
Dispatching invoices to Sales team for delivery
Keep record of invoice acknowledgements & follow up on undelivered ones
Keep record of client purchase orders
Report on monthly expenses
Keep track of asset purchases & sales
Organize documents required for purchase & sales of equipment
Facilitating collection of cheques & keeping record of the same
Raise to line manager if any disputes on any accounts
Documentation & filing of invoices
Registration of AJI Rentals on Client/Supplier/Government Portals when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.
Experience with accounting software’s
Basic knowledge of various accounting packages
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to collaborate with internal teams and management in an effective and productive manger to ensure requirements are being met.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
