Requirements /Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in IT System Administration.
1+ years of experience working on Asterisk platform in a call center environment.
1+ years of experience with C++ programming skills.
1+ years of experience with audio processing (voice to text & text to voice).
Proficient in English language.
Office 365, Windows user management.
Ability to perform multi-task.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
