Key Responsibilities:
Maintain documentation, including IT plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for IT staff.
Manage and maintain soft copy and physical filing systems for IT documents and records.
Act as a liaison between IT staff, other departments, and external partners.
Respond to email inquiries and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate IT personnel.
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external IT-related communications.
Assist in tracking IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and other IT assets.
Generate and maintain reports related to IT facility, activities, and expenditures.
Prepare documentation for IT processes, procedures, and guidelines.
Assist in organizing IT training sessions and workshops for employees.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and access.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure IT documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in performing basic quality assurance tests for IT applications and software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related to Information Technology field is required
+5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
Proficiency in office software is required.
Filipino speaker is preferred.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively within a team.
