We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and take a leading role in managing our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT companies, possess expert knowledge of UAE labor laws, and have a proven track record of positively influencing the working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Ensure the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.
2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Promote effective communication and conflict resolution.
3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, providing feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensure alignment with UAE labor laws and industry standards.
6. HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Provide guidance on legal and ethical HR practices.
7. Change Management: Drive initiatives to improve the working environment, promote employee engagement, and adapt to evolving business needs.
8. HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of HR Management Experience: A proven track record with over 10 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within IT companies.
UAE Labor Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is mandatory.
Change Agent: Proven ability to drive positive change in the workplace environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to address and discuss sensitive issues with senior management.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions.
A Masters/ bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
Salary 14 000 AED per month, Visa Sponsorship, Medical Insurance, Air Tickets, and Annual Bonuses.
