The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. The HR Manager role is to formalize, in collaboration with Operations & HR Director, an HR strategy in which KFG attains a goal of being seen as a preferred employee in the nurseries industry/segment and well measured by KFG’s ability to retain people and increase employee engagement opinions whilst driving excellence in performance.
Furthermore, reporting to the Operations & HR Director, the role forms part of the critical positions within KFG. The role calls for an experienced HR professional who displays strong leadership qualities. The person in this role should be insightful and be well equipped to contribute meaningfully to the HR dimensions of the Group.
Responsibilities
Ensures that performance measures, career development, L&D, Organizational Structure and other operational HR functions are delivered at top level utilizing HRMS solutions with full reporting capability.
Recruit Senior positions
Monitor, measure, and control the service delivery produced by HR to the business at large.
Ensure that the HR function carries out excellence in cross functional communication and works effectively with all internal customers
Must collaborate with Government Relations towards ensuring that all and full legal requirements relevant to employees’ residence &/or work permits are maintained and updated as needed in full compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or any certification in human resources.
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management level.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Effective Time management on deliverables.
Passionate, eager to learn and adopt and bring new ideas.
