Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters.
Maintaining employees’ files and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities.
Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database.
Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes.
Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives.
Communicate with public services when needed.
Responsible about Employees Visa & health insurance processing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role is required.
At least one year of experience in labor relations and compliance.
Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Arabic must be fluent.
Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Good knowledge about administration process.
Intermediate skills are MS office is required.
