Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee queries and concerns.
Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, updating employee information, and maintaining HR documentation.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to creating a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare monthly payroll by incorporating accurate data of OT, allowances and Ad hoc payments and deductions.
Prepare of Final Settlement after Employee Termination/Resignation as per the law.
Planning annual leaves of each department as per the operation requirements and regularly monitoring sick leaves to control the abuse.
Lead the Public Relations team for visa documentation, government approvals, labor disputes.
Constant improvement of processes and increase the efficiency of operations by recommending necessary changes.
Handling all insurances such as: Group Medical policy, property all risks and public liability, and motor policies.
Dealing with rental companies to manage the fleet contract of more than 30 rented vehicles. Contract negotiation for acquiring all AMCs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative position (construction experience will be preferred)
Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
