As an HR Director, you will lead and manage the company’s HR department to support the organization’s strategic goals and business growth. You should have experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges or Forex companies, with a strong understanding of the Chinese market. Your responsibilities will encompass the five core HR areas of recruitment, employee development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy to align with business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
• Lead the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes and attract top-tier talent.
• Manage employee development plans, conduct performance assessments, and provide feedback to support career growth.
• Handle employee relations matters, resolve disputes, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage compensation policies, benefits programs, and incentive mechanisms to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance.
• Collect and analyze HR data to provide data-driven insights, forecast trends, and offer improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with national and international labor laws to protect both employee and company rights.
• Lead the HR team, inspire their potential, and provide guidance and feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree minimum, a master’s degree in HR management, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
• At least 8 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges or Forex companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with national and international labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Profound interest and knowledge of the cryptocurrency and Forex industry
