As an HR Director, you will lead and manage the company’s HR department to support the organization’s strategic goals and business growth. You should have experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges or Forex companies. Your responsibilities will encompass the five core HR areas of recruitment, employee development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy to align with business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
• Lead the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes and attract top-tier talent.
• Manage employee development plans, conduct performance assessments, and provide feedback to support career growth.
• Handle employee relations matters, resolve disputes, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage compensation policies, benefits programs, and incentive mechanisms to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance.
• Collect and analyze HR data to provide data-driven insights, forecast trends, and offer improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with national and international labor laws to protect both employee and company rights.
• Lead the HR team, inspire their potential, and provide guidance and feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree minimum, a master’s degree in HR management, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
• At least 8 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges or Forex companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with national and international labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Profound interest and knowledge of the cryptocurrency and Forex industry.
