Culture Catalyst: Be the spark that keeps our agency’s culture ablaze with engagement initiatives, team-building wizardry, and celebratory extravaganzas.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
4+ years of experience in recruitment and people and culture initiatives
Charismatic communication skills and an infectious enthusiasm for nurturing culture.

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
