We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles within the UAE, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to employee records management, payroll administration, and attendance tracking.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and track employee development initiatives.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation to support HR activities.
HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and enhance HR effectiveness.
General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR-related documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
