We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist in onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and coordinate with benefits providers.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Maintain and update HR manuals, policies, and procedures.
Provide administrative support in resolving employee inquiries and organizing employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Assist in tracking and processing employee time and attendance.
Support HR audits and maintain records for audit purposes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
