Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and coordination support to the Ventures Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams. Liaise with applicants/ agencies to ensure the effective usage of ATG systems and processes.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide recruitment support in terms of advertising, dealing with recruitment agencies screening candidates, scheduling interviews, administering tests (where applicable), etc.
Coordinate with the candidates to get the complete applicant information and ensure right documentation and information in place
Ensure compliance of Taleo application process and offer process by coordinating with candidates & agencies
Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure timley visa and on-boarding of candidates
Provide diversified administrative support in issuing offer letters, document collection, reference checks, onboarding, induction of employees promotions, job change forms, resignation and redundancy documents.
Manage HR data management and cataloging including HR systems, payroll masters and shared drive. • Collate and Track Human Resources data while ensuring accuracy (Recruitment, Onboarding, Trackers and Dashboards).
Actively participate and contribute to the HR system implementation and enhancement activities
Skills and Experience:
Fresh Graduate in the field of HR
High level of computer proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and an exposure to HR software solutions (ideally SAP)
Good command of oral and written English
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Highly organized with an eye for details and accuracy of data
