Position Overview:
The HRÂ Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment and talent acquisition processes within an organization. He/She plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition best practices and strategies.
Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed hiring decisions.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Familiarity with HR administration processes and employee lifecycle management.
Proficient in Payroll.
