What You’ll Be Doing

Demonstrate proficiency in managing HR systems, contributing to operational efficiency and technological advancement.
Ensure compliance with local legislations, leveraging your knowledge to mitigate legal risks and foster a secure work environment.
If you bring cross-border HR experience, it’s an added advantage! Contribute insights to our regional HR strategies.
What You’ll Need
Professional level experience in in all HR verticals, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse HR functions, local legislations, HR systems and MS Office suite.
Expertise in HR operations within project environments, ensuring effective and efficient project outcomes.
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
7 to 8 years of broad, relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or legal discipline
