The right candidate will have an HR generalist background, with expertise in payroll and HR administration function in UAE.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
• 3 – 6 years experience in as HR officer
• UAE Labor law experience is mandatory (onshore)
• Experience in financial services or tech firm
• Experience with recruitment and payroll
• Systems knowledge (SAP and GULF HR) is a plus
• Experience with GDFRA portal (visas) is a plus
• Experience with GPSSA portal (UAE pension) is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Good level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
• English/ Arabic drafting skills are mandatory
