Position Overview:
We are currently hiring an HR Officer at iPay Holding. The ideal candidate should have experience in all HR functions including Payroll Management, Recruitment and Hiring, Compensation and Benefits, Onboarding, and Employee Relations.
Salary: AED 6K to 8K per month.
Responsibilities:
The HR Officer at iPay will undertake the following responsibilities:
Handle payroll preparation on a monthly basis and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Maintain Employee Master Data up to date for new recruits and existing staff.
Coordinate the recruitment process by creating job descriptions for required talents, screening CVs, and conducting HR interviews.
Prepare various documents including Employment Agreements, Salary Certificates, NOCs, and other formal letters, and maintain proper records.
Manage employees’ medical insurance matters.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Perform all administrative duties for the HR Department.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Provide orientations for new employees, conduct employee onboarding, and explain company policies.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent subject.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office programs.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Languages: Arabic.
