Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, mitigating risks to the business and supporting employees and managers
• Managing candidate selection and recruitment process, driving international and local talents acquisition
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Managing onboarding of newcomers to the company
• Identifies and evaluates business trends/needs and uses this information to set and review departmental objectives.
• Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
• Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Requirements:
• Human Resources degree or any relevant degree is a must.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
