Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Establish and maintain pay plan strategy and other benefit programs
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees smoothness in their job responsibilities
Create compensation strategy for all employees
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Maintain Company Organization Charts and Employee Directory
Maintain HR Systems, processes and controlling KPI
Develop online HR system preferred Zoho System
Requirements
Requirements and skills
A Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company, such as Workday, Zoho People, Cloud HR, SmartRecruiters and others
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Able to Write and Speak Arabic is a must
Preferred age 30 to 45 years old
Having Valid UAE driving license is a must
