As a HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent at Cars24 Arabia and serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates across various departments, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement and performance. You will be responsible for addressing HR-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and identify potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels.
Facilitate candidate assessments and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP):
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
Provide expertise and guidance on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Support managers in handling employee-related issues and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and create programs to enhance the overall employee experience.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Participate in workforce planning and talent management activities.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
