What You’ll Be Doing
Onboarding Support: Responsible for sending comprehensive welcome notices to new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and providing necessary information for their integration.
Administrative Assistance: Assisting the people partner team with various administrative tasks, such as managing documentation, updating employee records, and facilitating communication between different departments.
Meeting Coordination: Efficiently scheduling meetings for the HR department and other stakeholders, ensuring optimal use of time and resources while accommodating multiple calendars.
Meeting Documentation: Taking detailed notes during meetings, accurately capturing discussions, action items, and decisions made, and distributing them promptly to relevant parties for follow-up and reference.
Communication Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communication related to HR matters, including responding to inquiries, forwarding requests to appropriate personnel, and maintaining confidentiality as necessary.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
Strong Time Management Skills
Strong Administrative Aptitude
