As an HR Business Partner at Emirates NBD, you will be a trusted advisor providing support and advice to the Business for the development and implementation of people strategies and will be the key interface between HR and the business to drive organizational success.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
Deliver HR strategies/practices aligned with business priorities to support achieving business goals
Support with people practices around hiring, rewards, performance, talent, and retention
Work closely with the business to deliver the Emiratisation strategy aligned to Bank’s and Units objectives by attracting, retaining and developing UAE Nationals
Provide inputs in the design of business focused Learning and Development programs and plans that are aligned to the business initiatives and enhance leadership capabilities of people managers and talent across the bank
Align hiring, promotion decisions to the structure and AOP objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
A Bachelor’s degree ideally with a post graduate qualification, ideally in an HR related discipline
Proficient in English & Arabic
Strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and systems, including MS Office, strong knowledge of the local labor law
