Emnoca LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR departments daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and professional development initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks, such as managing HR documentation and responding to employee inquiries.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
