Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities linked to day-to-day HR operations
To implement and enhance the ME training program based on professional knowledge of L&D and well understanding of company requirements.
Enhancing the HR processes in the department through digitisation and automation
Guidance & implementation of HR systems, policies and procedures.
Assist with employee relations.
Involvement with various projects.
Maintain employee confidence & protect operations by keeping HR information confidentia
The Successful Applicant
The Successful candidate will have/be
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant human resources position
Experience in L&D
Knowledge of the best L&D practices in the industry having worked with stakeholders to understand key business drivers, identify performance gaps, and recommend appropriate training courses and learning modes. As well as having demonstrated experience with training platforms (Success Factors LMS experience is a plus)
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Knowledge of UAE employment legislation framework Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
Ability to handle data with confidentiality Good organisational and time management skills
