Sales Head for Real Estate firm

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have the following profile and will be able to demonstrate rapid success.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service
Monitor sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices
Must have 15+ years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai
Must have strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading sales teams
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, real estate). Real estate certifications and licenses are preferred but not required.
