Key Responsibilities:
Visual Identity Development:
Contribute to the development and evolution of the client’s brand identity and visual language.
Create compelling visual assets aligned with the brand’s personality and target audience.
Design Execution:
Design a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and advertising materials.
Develop engaging visuals for websites, landing pages, and user interfaces.
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and channels.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business objectives.
Provide design expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability and Agility:
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a proven track record in a startup environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
Excellent understanding of design principles and typography.
