Job Description: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at MT BYTES, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our clients’ brand messages and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize and create high-quality visual designs for a variety of digital and print media including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and more.
Develop and refine design concepts, layouts, and mockups based on feedback and requirements.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience creating designs for both digital and print media.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Leadership and mentorship abilities.
